This course covers the importance of diversity in organizations, understanding the various types of diversities –starting from the bigger areas like cultural diversities, to the basic gender diversity –ensuring an environment that supports a diverse populace, avoiding potential problems and developing one’s own strengths through diversity and inclusion.
